HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF THE MARYLAND JAYCEE MILITIA
Membership
in the Maryland Jaycee Militia is bestowed upon those individuals who
have been submitted by their chapter to receive the State's highest
honor and who have been approved by a majority vote by the Maryland
Jaycee Militia Board of Directors. Following are the instructions
for submitting an application:

The nominee must be sponsored by a Chapter of the Maryland Jaycees.

The nominee must have been a Jaycee for a minimum of three (3) years.
|
| |

If the nomination form is not type-written, it must be legible.
|
| |
|
4.
|
The application must be accompanied by a check in the amount of one hundred dollars
($100.00). The check must be made payable to the Maryland Jaycees.

5.
|
The check and application shall be presented to the local Area Representative prior to
the submittal to the Maryland Jaycee Militia Commander. After the Area Representative
has signed the application, send the application and check to:

Please allow forty-five (45) days for application processing.

COMPLETING THE APPLICATION
In addition to completing the application form which is supplied here
(it is in PDF format with fields that can be filled in and printed for
submission), the following questions need to be addressed on separate
sheets of paper. Answers to the questions must be reasonable in
length. Applications that contain inadequate information (such as
single page applications) will be returned. If prepared on a
computer, a font of 12 or greater must be used.

considered as a Major in the Maryland Jaycee Militia.

the ranks of the Maryland Jaycee Militia.
